Get Super Fit at our annual training weekend 27th to 29th March 2009, at Lancaster University Campus.
Improve your technique, have great weekend away with great people and excellent food. For swimmers of ALL Levels and it's all for just £130. You also get: 7 hours of Coached Swimming, land and gym Instruction, 2 Classroom Sessions, 2 Nights Stay (own room), a fab breakfast and Saturday night dinner.
